I adore getting emails from vegan businesses when they are contacting me with positive news.

Check out what Club Mexicana founder, Meriel, had to say to me today.

I just wanted to keep you in the loop with some exciting things that we’re doing/have coming up. We’re busier than ever, with lots of demand for vegan food, which is of course fab news for vegans in London and animals everywhere!

First up – we’re over the moon to have been booked to trade at Street Feast over the summer (at Dalston Yard for the whole of May, and Model Market Lewisham – month to be confirmed) and we’ll be their first all vegan trader! To us, it is a great sign of the times that Street Feast (as well as KERB) recognise that there is demand for great vegan food options for Londoners. 🙂

Secondly – we’re currently trading five days a week at The Moveable Feast; an all veggie pop up, right underneath The Shard. They plan to rotate traders, and currently have in residence us, The Salad Kitchen and Not Dogs – the latter both providing vegan options. We’re there Mon to Wed 11.30am to 3pm, and Thurs / Fri 11.30am to 8pm, with BYO booze after 3pm.

Thirdly – we were asked in January to become full KERB members – something that we are immensely proud of. KERB have been fantastic supporters of us from the start, and we now have a regular pitch with them – every Thursday in Granary Square (KX), and monthly spots at The Gherkin, Spitalfields & UCL. It’s great!

How exciting for these vegan food traders to be reaching such a huge audience every week. Get out there and support them!
