Animal Aid show

Roll up, roll up for one of the biggest and best cruelty-free shows anywhere on the planet.

Get yourself to Kensington Town Hall this Sunday (December 7, 2014) for Animal Aid’s Christmas Fayre 2014.

Need convincing? Here are some reasons why you should be there:

More than 2000 attendees are set to flock to the event that will be brimming with food, compassionate people and multiple chances to connect with organisations doing their best to improve outcomes for animals.

Among the food stallholders will be much-loved businesses such as Ms. CupcakeGillie FoodPlamilVegusto, Pudology, Essential Vegan, Heavenly Cake Company, Shambhu’s, Veggie’s Catering and so many more. Buy vegan food. Sample vegan food. Meet the makers. Incredible!

You will also be able to get up close and personal with some of the leading activists groups in the UK including Viva! Campaigns, The Vegan Society, Sea Shepherd and Wild Futures. Find out what these and other groups are up to. Maybe you can support financially or by volunteering.

The rest of the 90+ stalls I haven’t mentioned include fashion, accessories, social groups, beer and compassionate businesses from all over the UK. The event runs between 10am and 5pm with entry for adults costing only £2.

AnimalAidXmasFayreKensington2014I will be working with Fry’s Family Foods on their stand, so do come by and say hello. We will be handing out free samples of meat-free bolognese sauce with pasta, cooked by vegan Italian chef Sara of Pomodoro E Basilico. I will also be collecting signatures on postcards asking Sainsbury’s to stock the Fry’s brand. We are going to send the postcards in bulk to show the supermarket chain how much support there is for a completely vegan brand. Volunteers from Animal Equality will also be helping me on the Fry’s stand, so make sure you pick up some of their literature.

See you there!
